Mike & Lisa Allen

Prior to Mike’s time as Director of Missions 3:16, Mike & Lisa Allen were both involved in the work of TBBI in Romania.  Mike began visiting Romania in 2002, and felt the need for the people of Romania.  Mike now teaches annually at the institute in Romania.  In addition to teaching TBBI, they also enjoyed visiting with orphanages and national pastors throughout the villages. 

Mike was voted in as the director of Missions 3:16 in November 2021. As director, they both enjoy visiting our missionaries all across the globe. When Mike & Lisa are not traveling, they are home in West Virginia with their 3 children and 11 grandchildren.
